Your mission
You will be fully integrated into a small team, and your missions will be closely linked to the business world, with a strong human and social dimension.
As part of a European project, you will carry out tasks linked to the steering and monitoring of the program, for which BPN is "lead of a work package focused on human skills".
You will contribute to the development of a data collection tool that will be rolled out to all project partners. The aim of this questionnaire will be to collect, centralize and analyze economic, commercial and social data from member companies, as well as from companies and structures in partner countries.
HR aspects: turnover rate, age of employees, typology of professions in the sector, correspondence with the value chain, professional categories, skills required and skills expected, etc. Economic & commercial aspects: sales, % exports, products, services, know-how.
You define the appropriate means and methodology: qualitative or quantitative studies, documentary sources, you implement the means to obtain information, you expertly manipulate figures to bring out relevant and readable information. You validate the information gathered, both qualitatively and quantitatively, by making contact. You write up the information produced (studies, summaries, reports, newsletters, etc.) and take part in drawing up forecasts, evaluations, recommendations, outlooks, etc. You help to present and disseminate the results of studies carried out in French and English. You will participate in monthly conference calls and transnational meetings with all European partners (business travel within Europe is possible);
Profile and qualities
You are autonomous, versatile and multi-skilled, reactive, a natural team player with proven interpersonal skills, you have a real results-oriented culture and a sense of responsibility, and you are proficient in the use of IT tools. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of proportion in your dealings with third parties.
In your role, you will need to demonstrate a degree of autonomy, while working in liaison with the mini-team internally and with various external partners.
Your essential plus: English is not a constraint for you, but a real asset, as you are able to communicate both orally and in writing with English-speaking contacts.
Level of education: 3 years or more of higher education
You are a student in your final year of a Master's degree in European project management, International Relations, International Development or Business Development; and/or you have knowledge of the rules governing the management of European projects and other public funding bodies.
Duration: fixed-term apprenticeship/ternship contract for 1 year (potentially open to a permanent contract).
