The ATEP project (Accompagnement de la Transition Energétique de la Pêche - Support for the Energy Transition in the Fishing Industry) is a framework project for the industry, contributing to the decarbonisation of the fleet by targeting the energy refit of fishing vessels in operation.

- Mature technological solutions: diesel-electric hybridisation 02-H2 technology for engine fuel
- Trials at sea in real operating situations by professional fishermen
- Validate energy and economic performance according to vessel profile
- Support professional fishermen in their future investment decisions
- Helping to structure and boost the shipbuilding industry for energy refit operations
==> Establish the conditions necessary for the massification of energy refits.
