The CMF and the Fifty-Fifty Sail association invite you to participate in the 2nd National Conference "Nautisme et Mixité":

The 2nd National Conference " Nautism and Mixity " on 

Thursday, September 8th from 2pm to 5pm, in La Trinité sur mer 

Salle de la Vigie 

Placed under the patronage of Mrs. Isabelle Rome, Minister of equality between women and men, diversity and equal opportunities, this conference will allow us to cross our views on gender equality with those of Christine COURTOIS, President of the Gender Equality Commission and Vice President of the French Sailing Federation, Lenaïc SEGALEN, President of the Campus des Industries Navales (Cinav), Anne GALLO, Vice-President of the Brittany Region, Emmanuelle DUCROT, President of the national association Femix'Sport, Cédric MELANGREAU, Director of the General Secretariat of the Arkea Group, as well as with several business leaders from the maritime world, decision-makers, journalists, skippers and nautical professionals.  

Organized around 3 round tables (Society / Companies in which I will participate / Sports), these conferences will undoubtedly be a real time of shared collective intelligence. They will be preceded by a welcome coffee and followed by a moment of networking and aperitif. 

Beyond this, it will also be a moment of conviviality and a great opportunity to meet again in the autumn, to share our experiences and to promote your and our commitment to gender diversity to the maritime world, elected officials, the press and representatives of civil society.
